Service Scope

Holist Code provides AI-guided wellness content inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine. The service is intended for general education, lifestyle support, and routine-building.

AI Technology

HolistCode is powered by HolistCode AI, our proprietary wellness intelligence engine. This system has been custom-developed and extensively fine-tuned by our professional TCM research team — comprising licensed TCM practitioners, wellness scientists, and AI engineers — on top of state-of-the-art large language model architecture.

Our TCM team has trained the model on curated sources including classical TCM texts (Huangdi Neijing, Shanghan Lun, Bencao Gangmu), modern integrative medicine research, five-element theory frameworks, acupressure point databases, and thousands of anonymized wellness case patterns. The model undergoes continuous evaluation by our clinical advisors to ensure outputs remain safe, accurate, and aligned with authentic TCM principles.

The AI generates educational TCM-inspired content based on user input. While our team strives for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical advice. All AI output is for educational purposes only.

By using this service, you acknowledge that AI-generated content is provided “as-is” for informational purposes, and that HolistCode AI, while rigorously developed by our expert team, is an assistive tool — not a licensed healthcare provider.

No Medical Advice

Holist Code does not diagnose, treat, or cure disease. You should not rely on the service for emergencies or to replace licensed medical care.

Accounts and Credits

Paid plans and one-time credit packs unlock additional usage and member features. Credits are added after successful payment confirmation and deducted when eligible AI responses are delivered.

Subscriptions and Cancellation

Subscription billing and payment methods are handled through Creem. You can manage billing using the portal inside the member area or by contacting support@holistcode.com.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service for harmful, illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or rights-infringing purposes. We may suspend accounts that create material safety or payment risk.

Changes

We may update the service, pricing, or these terms over time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
