▸ Large meals disrupt digestion, triggering stress and neck tension
◈ Corrective Sequence
Place hands on upper abdomen during eating. Stop when 70% full to prevent Spleen overload in TCM terms or insulin surge in modern terms.
Sit comfortably, slowly turn head side-to-side and up-down within pain-free range. Note areas of resistance.
Place one hand on chest, one on belly. Inhale deeply through nose (belly rises), exhale through mouth (belly falls). Repeat 10x.
Apply warm towel to nape of neck for 5 min to improve circulation and relax trapezius muscles.
Sip warm water slowly. Take 5-min gentle walk to aid digestion and prevent Qi stagnation in TCM.
