Use a finger glucometer if available to check random blood sugar. If unavailable, recall: increased thirst, urination frequency, or post-meal fatigue coinciding with shoulder stiffness
Stand with feet shoulder-width. Inhale arms out wide, palms up; exhale sharply while bringing palms together in front of chest (like a hug). Repeat 5x to circulate qi and relieve trapezius tension
Massage Stomach 36 (below knee) and Spleen 6 (inner ankle) for 2min each with firm circular motions to boost spleen/stomach function and reduce damp accumulation
Apply cool compress to neck base for 90s while lying down to lower sympathetic nervous system activation from metabolic stress
Do 10 minutes of moderate walking after meals to improve glucose uptake and reduce inflammatory markers affecting soft tissues
