AI Technology Disclosure

Our service is powered by HolistCode AI, our proprietary wellness intelligence engine. This system has been extensively fine-tuned by HolistCode's professional TCM research team — including licensed TCM practitioners, wellness researchers, and AI engineers — on a foundation of advanced large language model architecture.

The model has been trained on curated TCM classical texts, modern wellness science, and clinical pattern-recognition datasets to deliver personalized five-element analysis, acupressure guidance, and lifestyle recommendations. Our team continuously evaluates and refines the model's outputs to ensure accuracy, safety, and alignment with TCM principles.

When you interact with our AI chat feature, your messages are processed by HolistCode AI to generate educational wellness responses. We do not sell or share your conversation data with any third party for their own marketing or training purposes.

Data Sharing & Third Parties

Creem (Payment Processor): We share limited transaction data with Creem to process payments, manage subscriptions, and handle refunds. This includes your email, purchase amount, and product type. See Creem's privacy policy for details on how they handle this data.

Supabase (Database & Auth): Your account data and check-in records are stored securely through Supabase, our database and authentication provider.

AI Service Providers: HolistCode AI operates on secure cloud infrastructure. All AI processing is conducted within our controlled environment using our proprietary fine-tuned model architecture.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you our service. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@holistcode.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where required by law for record-keeping purposes.
